At Hatley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are unworn and in their original packaging, you can return them within 40 days of the shipping date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original condition inside the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
